Fumadocs image metadata and Next.js authoring benefits, with runtime optimization disabled for static Pages export.
Result
Fumadocs MDX includes remarkImage, which can resolve local images and add
dimensions or static imports for Next.js. That improves authoring and layout
stability.
However, this GitHub Pages build sets images.unoptimized: true, as required
for a standalone Next.js export. It does not run the Next.js image optimization
endpoint, generate responsive raster variants, or negotiate modern formats at
request time.
Classification: partial. The content pipeline understands images, but this deployment does not provide automatic image transformation.
