Internationalization

Result: native configuration plus authored translations. Docusaurus knows the en and ja locales, emits language metadata, translates classic-theme labels, and supplies a path-preserving locale dropdown.

The English source is docs/; Japanese documents live under i18n/ja/docusaurus-plugin-content-docs/current/. Docusaurus does not translate the prose or guarantee file parity.

This sample deliberately overrides the normal default-locale URL rule. Two single-locale builds use explicit base URLs:

/docfw-cmp/docusaurus/en/
/docfw-cmp/docusaurus/ja/

That lets the locale dropdown preserve the same suffix on every route.
