Automatic sidebar generation

Result: native. sidebars.mjs contains one autogenerated item for the docs root. Docusaurus scans the filesystem, turns directories into categories, and uses sidebar_position to order pages.

The criteria/ directory becomes this section. _category_.json supplies its localized label without hand-listing all 15 pages. Authors can later replace or combine generated slices with explicit items when navigation needs editorial grouping.
