Automatic Sidebar Generation

The sidebar on this site is generated from src/content/docs/. Starlight uses the file tree and each page’s title; sidebar.order, sidebar.label, and sidebar.hidden frontmatter customize generated entries without maintaining a second list of links.

This page is the live test. Its sidebar.order determines its position in the criteria group, and the parallel en/ and ja/ trees feed the same navigation structure in each locale. The right-hand table of contents is generated from the page’s level-two and level-three headings.
